At Avondale Collision & Repair, we adhere to a strictly defined and highly organized five-step process that's designed to bring your vehicle back to like-new status as quickly as possible. This process guarantees that your repairs are thorough, professional and of the highest quality.

The Five Steps to Follow
STEP 1: SCHEDULE REPAIRS
After receiving your
initial insurance estimate, or ours - if you are not going through an
insurance claim, you are ready to schedule your repairs. Feel free to call
or email to set up your appointment for the best day and time that works
for you. Enterprise Rental Car is also located on site for your convenience.
STEP 2: VEHICLE REVIEW
Shortly after dropping off, our award-winning, factory-certified
technicians carefully disassemble your vehicle and search for hidden damages.
This will include the inner structure, computer systems and suspension if
needed. We then complete a blueprint of repairs based on your OEM repair
procedures and start working with the insurance company on a revised approval
if anything additional is found.
STEP 3: PARTS & PREP
Once approval is received by you or the insurance company,
we proceed with ordering OEM parts and start repairs shortly after they arrive.
The first step after approval is the metal or body repairs. Any mechanical work
will be done during this time as well if it can be.
STEP 4: PAINT & REFINISH
After metal work is completed, your vehicle will be working
through our paint department where we use only the best materials. We will spend
the time necessary to duplicate the factory finish so it leaves here looking as
close to new as possible.
STEP 5: QUALITY CARE & DELIVERY
The final steps are reassembly, buffing of all paintwork,
scanning all computer systems, calibrating all safety features, clean up,
quality control and finalizing any billing that may be needed with the
insurance company.
Avondale Collision & Repair Night Drop Process
If you have spoken to an Estimator prior to dropping your vehicle off:
- Grab an envelope from the Night Drop Box at the end of the Avondale Collision & Repair Service Drive.
- Drop your keys in the envelope and write your Estimator's name on the envelope.
- Estimator will contact you on the next business day.
If you haven't been in contact with an Estimator:
- Grab an envelope from the Night Drop Box at the end of the Avondale Collision & Repair Service Drive
- Drop your keys in the envelope and write your contact information including your phone number on the envelope.
- Estimator will contact you on the next business day.
